Return - Refund policy

  • Note for return:
    – If you don’t like the product, You can return it within 3 days.
    (This policy does not apply to limited-stock product)
    – For limited-stock Product, Only Wrong or damaged product will be taken back.
    – If you recived wrong or damaged product. you have to send unpacking-video compulsory as a proof.(without proff will not accepted)
    – The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
    – The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.(Items without the original tags will not be accepted)
    – Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
    – Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

  • Return process:
    – We do not have pickup service, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
    – For office address, contact us on shivajalofficial@gmail.com or messeage on +919023001070. Our team will contact you 24 hours.

  • Refund:
    – Refund will be initiated after the product is received and verified by us.
    – After verified SHIVAJAL will refund the invoice amount to customer in 24 hours by online payment.
    – No refund shall be issued in case the product is not found in its original condition with tags and packaging.


Please note :
– Return policy is applicable on all over in india only. International orders will not be accepted for return.
– The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
