Delivery Times
- Still not received your order?Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days and we aim to provide a speedy delivery. If you haven’t received your order within 7-8 days from dispatch drop us a message on any of the platforms or mail us at polygonfabrics@gmail.com
In case of delay, our customer support team as well will be in touch with you and update you on the delivery status.
Please Note – We will not be able to compensate for any such delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order at any point of time if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time.
- Delivery marked as return: Our shipping partner attempts the delivery 3 times, if unavailability of the customer or order not collected for some other reason the delivery is marked as returned back to us. Our team tries their best to reattempt the delivery again but once marked and returned, only the amount of the product excluding the shipping charges is refunded back to the customer.
- Want to give special Delivery Instructions? Our deliveries are handled by third party carriers; often this will be a specialist courier service or a vehicle directly affiliated with a supplier. Due to this, we are unable to guarantee the execution of any special delivery instructions requested when placing an order, though we endeavour to do so. If You cannot be present to take a delivery, you must give us adequate notice of 24 hours to enable us to re-schedule the delivery.
- Found damage in our product? Though our products go through extensive quality checks before they are sent to you, we recommend performing a full inspection as soon as possible to determine whether any items are damaged, incomplete or faulty. In the unlikely event that this is the case, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Any such issues reported after 7 days of delivery, will not be entitled for a refund or a replacement.
- Want to update your order?If you wish to update any part of your order, please reach out to our customer support team within 6 hours of order placed.
- Fast shipping & No contact deliveries
- Shipping charges are same for any order quantity up to 50 masks. Thus, order in bulk to reduce your overall costs.
- All the orders are dispatched within 24 – 48 hours and delivered within 5-7 days after dispatch
- Deliveries in selected pin codes in North East, J&K may take longer to deliver.
- All the orders are dispatched by third party specialist courier services like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart and many more.
- Our dedicated associates are making all efforts to provide the products and services our customers need at this time. Please bear with us in case delivery of orders at your location take longer than usual. In case a pin code lies in a containment zone, delivery in these areas may get delayed
Please Note:
- In case you have mentioned a wrong number while placing the order please reach out to us at polygonfabrics@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of placing the order so that we can update the number.
- For delivery of any shipment, a maximum of 3 attempts are usually made. If in any case the delivery is failed due to an incomplete address/phone number, only the amount of the product excluding the shipping charges is refunded back to the customer.
- In case, you are not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery you may share the OTP with someone you trust to collect the package although we do not recommend to share the OTP to an unknown person. If you cannot be present to take a delivery, you must give us adequate notice of 24 hours to enable us to re-schedule the delivery for another day.
- If in any situation you have shared the OTP to the delivery guy over call/some other person and do not verify as to where the order is being delivered, we will not be liable if the product isn’t delivered to you.
Cash On Delivery Policy
- COD is applicable in all over in india.
- No online or card payment can be done at the time of COD delivery.
- The pin code provided should be serviceable for COD deliveries. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
- DO NOT ACCEPT a torn/tampered package, kindly return the same to the delivery guy and reach out to us at polygonfabrics@gmail.com with your order id and we will re-dispatch the replacement at no additional cost.
- COD charges will be applicable for all the products including sale products.
